Title: the first day again.
Yet again where it is the start of the new school term.
Met up with Toby Ainsley and Choon Keat
at the bridge, and Khairi overslept till like 9am.
which is kinda when the lesson starts.
Monday Blues.
First tutorial was FDS: Foundation Drawing Class.
We were shown some ground rules,
on what to and not to do in class.
And on with assignment,
making a figurine a.k.a "BrickBoy"
Basically had to trace the outline of the parts on drawing block
and cut it out and assemble it to a figurine.
FDS was 3 hours.
and after that we had our break.
Had lunch at Koufu,
Black Pepper Beef Rice and Black Pepper Beef Hor Fun
FOR THE FREAKING WIN! (FTFW)
Afterwards was BDC: Basic Drawing Class
Had to sketch/draw the items that were placed on the table by the teacher,
which were a cone, a "doughnut/float", two cubes, a sphere and a flat cylinder like thing.
Well, i guess the lack of using a pen/pencil has taken a toll on my drawing.
I was slow and it wasnt really...nice.
Ainsley drew well, and Toby....well....nvm.
darn, better start practicing sketching.
Ended around 5.30pm
We met up with Khairi who was in the another class,
and we went to popular to buy items needed for next week's tutorial.
At the Mrt, Toby who was in his usual foolishness,
tried topping up his ez link card with cash,
but he did not know that particular machine was NETS ONLY.
While me and Khairi stood there, we kept laughing at Toby,
seeing how he kept pressing 'add value' just to cancel it and press it again,
we could not hold back and told him,
he felt so dumb, and i guessed Khairi and Ainsley were mocking him on the train.
And yes, the first day wasnt so bad.
Hope it would get better.
